MCS.Fitting 2.0

The MCS.Fitting application is a specialized calculation tool designed for pipefitters. It performs comprehensive pipe offset calculations within seconds, streamlining project workflows and enhancing precision. The app offers predefined lists for ANSI standards (up to 20") and DN standards (up to DN 500), with the option for manual input. It includes calculations for various elbow radii and flange angles, particularly the DN Elbows BA3-BA2-BA5, and ANSI elbows with long, short, and 3D radii.

Key features encompass a wide range of calculations, such as:

• Fitting-to-fitting offset with 90-degree and mitered fittings
• Offsets involving two mitered fittings
• Offsets with tees and mitered fittings at any degree
• Offsets with 90-degree elbows and mitered fittings
• Inside and outside measurements for fitting miters
• Rolling offsets with various fittings, including two mitered fittings, 90-degree elbows, and any degree of offset
• Horizontal-to-vertical and horizontal-to-horizontal rolling offsets
• Offset calculations at any degree using various fittings like tees and elbows

Additional functionalities include weight and content estimations, flange and bolt calculations, overall length measurements, angle measurements, equal spreading of offsets, custom list creation, and background color customization.
